Purchase with comfort and confidence as we offer a 30 Day of delivery date comfort exchange guarantee for all our mattresses. We want all our customers to be happy with thier purchase and understand that the comfort level chosen may not be the right one for you. If you decide to exchange your mattress either call or email our customer care within 30 days of delivery date and we will help you choose the right one. We charge NO fee for exchange all you pay are transportation costs (mattress shipping cost varies depending on size of set and location). Exchange is for same size only, Limit of 1 exchange per customer. In order for us to honor our comfort exchange guarantee the Law tags must be attached and the merchandise must be in sanitary condition, clean, free of tears, burns and stains of any kind (We recommend adding a mattress protector to your order to protect your mattress).(Exchange for lower priced models is non-refundable, exchanges for higher priced models are due at the time of exchange).
